Silver Label

Silver Label is mid-to-high range coffee that we pay above our standard green bean prices for. This includes most Ethiopian coffees, Single Farms, varieties that may be harder to grow or lower yielding, or processing methods that yield less for farmers, and hence are reflected in higher green bean prices. Often between 85 and 87 points.
